Who We Are
Kate Charrington is a climate-conscious chartered surveyor specialising in residential property survey and valuation. Kate is a trained Climate Reality Leader and qualified Retrofit Co-ordinator. She is a member of Women in Residential Property and provides a strong voice for the millennial generation of surveyors. Kate hopes to drive the future of surveying by being an advocate for equity, sustainability, diversity and regeneration.

As stewards of both personal homes and our global home, residential surveyors and valuers hold a very special place in the world to have a positive impact on people and planet. Projekt 3 believes that surveyors must future-proof themselves as the market shifts to a green economy and as home buying attitudes and demands change. We want to ensure a better future for people and planet through property; so we put sustainability at the heart of everything we do.
